The Main Splash Screen identifies the collecting program version, on default it will say KollectAll. But you can change the name and add your own custom splash screen picture.

The Folder Screen is where you create folders for each category of the item or collectible you want to inventory and catalog in KollectAll. You will be able to create folders for anything and everything you collect and you can create the folder in any language. Anything can be collected in KollectAll, from A to Z!

The Item Screen, is were you enter the collectible items that belong in the collectibles folder you created. The labels are completely customizable by you to reflect exactly what you want, how you want it to flow, change the label names, use special collecting words, use your language, etc. anyway you want to reflect that collectible and your collecting style can be changed here. In addition you can add one or more thumbnail images to each item and then scroll through the images while on the Item screen.

The View All tab lets you quickly see every item that is in the folder for that collectible. You can customize the View all tab to show the data you want, you can adjust the widths of each column and KollectAll will automatically save the View all tab the way you changed it to. The screen can be adjusted to display the information you want and is a very flexible reporting tool. There are several ways to create custom reports from the View All tab that greatly expands your ability to create reports that you can bring to shows and club meetings.

The Totals tab lets you see what your collection for a specific folder is worth and what the estimated value of the items in that folder are worth. Its a quick way to see how your collection is growing by folder, you can print it out for your off site record storage or give a current value of each folder to your insurance company without showing anyone what is in your collection.

Our Image Viewer lets you attach an unlimited amount of images to each item so you can have multiple views of the item from every angle. You can add images to each item in your collections in several formats including .bmp, .jpg, etc. and print out the image. We use a "true image" process so that your images are displayed exactly as they are saved on your computer. Because of the "true image" process you can launch MS Paint from KollectAll so you can edit a image.

Reports KollectAll comes with 2 built in reports you can edit, but you can also create custom reports on the fly, based upon what you want to see with the "View all" tab. In the "View All" tab you can use the Select Column option to view only what you want, resize columns and drag and drop columns so that you can see exactly what will print out. If you want really complex reports and graphs, you can export the database to Microsoft Excel and use all the power of Excel to build custom reports and graphs. The reports included can be printed out and given to your insurance provider to protect your collectibles.
