Exporting your Data to Google Docs
Exporting your database is a great way to use the power of Google Docs (Plus it is FREE!) to create complex reports and graphs for your personal use or to share. The following steps will show you how to export you data to Google Docs.

The first thing you need to do is create a Google docs account if you do not have one. We made it easy for you, simply click the "Websites" tool in the top tool bar in KollectAll, then select the "Online Storage" option in the drop down menu. From the options list click on Google Docs and your web browser will launch bring you to the Google Account create web site where you can create a new account or log on to an existing account.

Once you have your account created with Google Docs you will be able to export your KollectAll database in cvs format to your account where you can start editing and making changes so that you can create reports the way you want.

Google Docs has tools that let you create the type of report you want by removing and changing the way your KollectAll data is shown.

From the Google Doc spread sheet tool you can create Graphs and even export your information to a Google Doc Word processor to create invoices etc.
