KollectAll Database Restore
Backing up your collections data is a very important and so is restoring a database, after all you have spent
a great amount of time inputting your collection. Although the restore process is a very simple process
you do need to remember where you have stored all the databases you have created and backed up. Additionally in
KollectAll we allow you to store your database backup with an on-line hosting provider (access is through the top tool
bar in KollectAll under the "Websites" option in the drop down and is called "Online storage").To restore your
database start by clicking on the "File" tool option at the top of the program then selecting the
"Restore Backup" option in the drop down window.
See the screen shot below.

After clicking on the "Restore Backup" option, a restore pop up window appears. Here you will select a
place on your hard drive or a external storage device like a CD, jump drive, on line storage or Floppy disc where you placed you database backup.
The file created when you backed up your database is in .zip format to save space and the restore feature will
search for a .zip formatted file.
See the screen shot below.

Once you locate your backed up database .zip file, KollectAll will ask you for a location to unzip both your data and your images
and will unzip the backup file to that location. Once unzipped KollectAll will ask you to import the backed up
database into the program.
See the screen shot below.

That is all there is to backing up and restoring your database, both data and images.
