Save Database
One of the new features in KollectAll is the ability to save a database with a different name. Simply click on the
"Save Database As" option under the "File" tool and you will be able to save the currently opened database with a new name. All the
information contained in the database will be saved to the newly named database. This is helpful if your collection has grown so large that you want to split a
database into 2 or more categories.
This way you only have to delete the items and folders you don't want in one database. For example say you started
a coin collecting folder and now it has grown so large that you want to create sub databases for pennies, nickels and dimes.
Instead of having to reenter everything you could simply save the main coin database 3 times naming one pennies, one nickels
and the 3rd one dimes. The all you would have to do is go into each of these new databases and delete what you don't
want in each of the new databases.
