View All Screen Custom Reports
The View All Tab contains all the power you need to create custom reports that you can print out in a "What you see is what you get" format. Below are instructions on how you can use the "View All" tab to create custom on the fly reports.
There are several thing that the View All tab can do:
One of the first things you can do is select the columns that you want to view in the "View All" tab. Click on the "Database" option tool at the top of the program and click on the "Select Columns" option.
The "Select Columns" option window opens, here you can select the columns that you want to display in the "View All" tab by checking or unchecking the ones you want to display and the ones your don't want to display.

Once you have selected the columns you want to view in the "View All" tab they will be displayed in the "View All" tab at their default width.

To get more information on the "View All" screen, you can click on and drag the separator bar between each columns name to the left or right to make the column smaller or larger.

One last thing you can do is click on a column and drag it to a new place, this way you can create the exact flow that you want the print out to be in.

Once you have the "View All" screen set up just the way you want, you can print it out by selecting the "Print" option under the "File" tool option located at the top of the program.
